You can work in one of the 24 high posts that govern all the administrations in India. You will get all the big promotions like Collector, the highest post of the district, Chief secretary, the highest post of the state, Lok Sabha secretary, the highest post of the nation. These 24 government employees are the leaders of all the departments in India. To become a governor, you too have to write this Civil Services Exam. The Civil Services Exam has three stages. 1. Preliminary Exam TA

Preliminary Exam- Consists of 2 Papers 1.GS (General Studies) 2. CSAT (Civil Services Aptitude Test) GS Paper - Conducted with a focus on general knowledge. (Indian History, Indian National Movements, Geography, Economy and Social Development, Indian Polity and Administration, Environment General Science and Current Affairs) 2. CSAT Paper - Conducted with a focus on comprehension, Interpersonal skills, logical reasoning, analytical ability , Decision-making, problem solving, general mental ability. Only if you pass this CSAT exam, the GS paper will be revised. Those who score high marks in the GS exam are eligible to write the Main Exam. (Note-This exam is a Matric (X std) Level exam.)

Main Exam
Once Preleminary Exam is cleared. Main Exam consists of 9 papers. This is an written exam on college degree level. Paper -1. தமிழ், Paper -2. English, Paper -3. Essay, Paper-4. GS- I, Paper -5.GS-II, Paper -6.GS-III, Paper-7. GS-IV. Students can choose an optional subject of their choice and write Paper-8 & 9. The GS paper studied in the Preliminary exam and the GS paper in the Main Exam have the same Syllabus. Detailed answer should be written in Main Exam.. Also optional subject is History, Geography, Indian Economy, Indian Politics, it is better to choose one of these optional subjects.

Interview (Personality Test) TA

Those who clear the main exam are called for an interview. The interview won't be difficult in a conventional sense, but it will be intelligent, designed to assess your personal skills. You need to know key facts about your district, state, and country, as well as details about your hobbies and favorite subjects. You should also have a clear answer to the question of why you want to become an IAS, IPS, or IFS officer. Additionally, you should be aware of important current events from that year. This 20-minute interview carries 275 marks. These marks are added to the 1750 marks of the main exam, making a total of 2025 marks. Based on the marks you score out of this total, you will be assigned to different services (IAS, IPS, IFS).

Our Coaching Plan TA

  • BRILLIANT IAS ACADEMY's Junior IAS Course & Senior IAS Course are designed for easy learning 7 days a week.
  • On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, the IAS syllabus will be taught by a specialized IAS teacher, covering one part of each lesson each day. Students should pay attention to the class and watch it again and again until they understand the lesson.
  • On Thursdays, students should read the lessons taught for three days with diligence. These lessons should be read thoroughly until the CONCEPT is understood. This should be read again and again (not memorized).
  • On Fridays, the teacher will take a class explaining the importance of the questions, the Tamil explanation, and the 4 OPTIONS, compiling the questions asked in the IAS exam for 10 years from the lessons taught for 3 consecutive days.
  • On Saturdays, 50 important questions are taken from the lessons taught for three days and given as a practice for the exam. Students must practice this for one hour.
  • On Sundays, a weekly test is given with 50 questions taken from the lessons taught for three days, the questions asked in the ten-year exam, and the practiced question set. You should immediately check the computer-corrected question set
