About Us

We are a leading career institution helping students to clear professional exams like the Civil services exam. Our journey started in 1987 by publishing books for IAS aspirants under the name Brilliant Publication, we have published over 300 titles including IAS study materials. Founder and Director Dr. Thanga Ganesan organised over 12000 programs in schools and colleges to create and spread awareness about Civil services exams in Tamil Nadu. Brilliant Publication was at the top position for 32 years in Tamil Nadu. The books we published have been applauded by Education ministers of Tamil Nadu and professors from all over Tamil Nadu. We have started Brilliant IAS Academy to create and shape students to clear the Civil Services examination and take part in India’s administration and serve our country.

Our Coaching Plan TA

BRILLIANT IAS ACADEMY's Junior IAS Course & Senior IAS Course are designed for easy learning 7 days a week.
On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, the IAS syllabus will be taught by a specialized IAS teacher, covering one part of each lesson each day. Students should pay attention to the class and watch it again and again until they understand the lesson.
On Thursdays, students should read the lessons taught for three days with diligence. These lessons should be read thoroughly until the CONCEPT is understood. This should be read again and again (not memorized).
On Fridays, the teacher will take a class explaining the importance of the questions, the Tamil explanation, and the 4 OPTIONS, compiling the questions asked in the IAS exam for 10 years from the lessons taught for 3 consecutive days.
On Saturdays, 50 important questions are taken from the lessons taught for three days and given as a practice for the exam. Students must practice this for one hour.
On Sundays, a weekly test is given with 50 questions taken from the lessons taught for three days, the questions asked in the ten-year exam, and the practiced question set. You should immediately check the computer-corrected question set

BRILLIANT IAS ACADEMY நடத்தும் Junior IAS Course & Senior IAS Course, வாரத்தில் 7 நாட்கள் எளிமையாக கற்கும் வண்ணம் வடிவமைக்கப் பட்டுள்ளது.
திங்கள், செவ்வாய் மற்றும் புதன் கிழமைகளில் IAS பாடத்திட்டத்தின் ஒவ்வொரு பாடப்பகுதியையும் ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் IAS சிறப்பு ஆசிரியர் தொடர்ந்து பாடம் நடத்துவர். மாணவர்கள் வகுப்பை கவனிக்க வேண்டும் பாடம் புரியும் வரை மீண்டும் மீண்டும் வகுப்பை கவனிக்க வேண்டும்.
வியாழக்கிழமை மூன்று நாட்கள் நடத்தப்பட்ட பாடப் பகுதிகளை சிரத்தையோடு வாசிக்க வேண்டும். அப்பாடப்பகுதிகளை CONCEPT புரியும் வரை முழுமையாக வாசிக்க வேண்டும். இதை மீண்டும் மீண்டும் வாசிக்க வேண்டும் (மனப்பாடம் செய்யக்கூடாது).
வெள்ளிக்கிழமை 3 நாட்கள் தொடர்ந்து நடத்தப்பட்ட பாடப்பகுதிகளில் இருந்து 10 ஆண்டுகள் IAS தேர்வில் கேட்கப்பட்ட கேள்விகளை தொகுத்து ஆசிரியர் கேள்வியின் முக்கியத்துவம், தமிழ் விளக்கம், 4 OPTION போன்ற வற்றை விளக்கி வகுப்பு எடுப்பார்.
சனிக்கிழமை மூன்று நாட்கள் நடத்தப்பட்ட பாடப் பகுதிகளில் இருந்து முக்கியமான 50 வினாக்கள் எடுக்கப்பட்டு, தேர்வுக்கு பயிற்சி செய்யும் விதமாக கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. மாணவர்கள் இதை ஒரு மணி நேரம் கண்டிப்பாக பயிற்சி செய்ய வேண்டும்.
ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை மூன்று நாட்கள் நடத்தப்பட்ட பாடப்பகுதிகளில் இருந்தும் பத்து ஆண்டுகள் தேர்வில் கேட்கப்பட்ட வினாக்களிலிருந்தும் பயிற்சி செய்த வினாத் தொகுப்பில் இருந்தும் 50 கேள்விகள் எடுக்கப்பட்டு வாரத்தேர்வு கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது கம்ப்யூட்டரால் திருத்தப்பட்ட வினா தொகுப்பை தாங்கள் உடனே சரிபார்க்க வேண்டும்.
